In Store: Thank you for choosing SoleyGrail for your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please note that all sales made in our physical store are final, and we do not offer returns on items purchased in-store.

Online: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we have created a returns policy that complies with both UK and EU laws and regulations.

Our 14 day online only returns policy begins on the day you receive your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that this policy only applies to products that are purchased online from SoleyGrail.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at simon@soleygrail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

When returning the item(s), please ensure that they are in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are damaged, show signs of wear and tear, or have been used.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If the returned item(s) meet our requirements, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged upon receipt. In this case, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will arrange for the item(s) to be returned and a refund to be issued.
